A cake smash photo shoot session is all about the real, unscripted reaction your child has when they meet their very first birthday cake! Some babies will dive in face-first without hesitation. Others will squeeze and smoosh the cake between their fingers and toes with concentration. Every reaction tells the story of who your child is at one year old!
Cake smash sessions can be scheduled before your child's 1 year birthday (or let's be honest, it can be after). If you're planning to share photos or prints at their birthday party, I suggest reaching out once your baby hits the 11 month mark. This gives us enough time to book the session, plan, and have your pictures delivered before your baby's big day!

Each studio session includes classic baby portraits both before and after the cake- so you'll have a gallery of images with clean and smiley to covered in frosting. Prefer to skip the actual cake? I've got you covered. I keep a stand-in cake available who want the adorable birthday portraits without the frosting aftermath.
Your gallery will include a variety of images to choose from, ready to download, print and keep forever. Prints, albums, and wall art are available to order. Each session is completely baby-led, we will build in breaks so your little one stays comfortable and enjoys the experience.

Cake smash sessions will take place at the Noblesville studio, or a location of the clients choice. Base package includes 10 digital images in a private gallery. Full gallery available for upgrade, prints and photo albums available or additional add on purchase.
